As a self-distributor, we proudly deliver and sell our award-winning products directly to retailers, bars, and restaurants across Western Ohio, ensuring freshness, quality, and strong relationships with our partners.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Part-Time Territory Sales Rep. to join our team. This role will focus on sales growth and account management—building and strengthening relationships, driving placements, and ensuring our brand has a strong presence throughout Western Ohio.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts through regular visits, tastings, and follow-ups

  • Prospect, present, and secure new on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (retail, bottle shops) accounts

  • Conduct in-store tastings, promotions, and local events to drive brand awareness and sales

  • Ensure proper placement, visibility, and rotation of products in all accounts

  • Plan and execute daily customer visits to maximize account coverage

  • Submit sales orders accurately and on time

  • Complete and maintain weekly sales reports in company CRM

  • Provide account-level sales analysis and performance updates to management

  • Monitor sales trends, competitor activity, and provide market insights

  • Stay current with industry changes and consumer trends in the craft beverage market

  • Act as a brand ambassador at select festivals and community events

  • Represent the company’s values and maintain professional conduct in all customer interactions

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience (beverage/alcohol industry a plus)

  • Passionate about the craft beverage industry

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Strong sales/account management skills with ability to maintain long-term partnerships

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision

  • Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Must be able to use company CRM system for reporting and account management

  • Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends for wine/beer festivals and customer tasting events

Hours & Compensation
  • 24–30 hours per week (M-F 10am-6pm - 5-6 hours per day)
