Sales Representative/Delivery Driver
Job Title: Sales Representative/Delivery Driver
Location: Bradford, OH
Position Type: Part time (14-24 hours per week)
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, between 8am-5pm
Reports to: Owner
Position Overview

Twenty One Barrels is an award winning & self-distributing producer of hard cider, wine, and RTD cocktails established in 2020 located in Bradford, Ohio. We have a small and engaged team focused on excellent craft beverages and a great culture. We have an opening for a part-time Delivery Driver/Sales Representative for the Dayton, Ohio area to help grow our established local area distribution. Looking for individuals who are high energy, professional, organized, approachable and self-motivated. Attention to detail and teamwork are mandatory. We offer very competitive compensation, and these opportunities will allow for substantial growth.

Essential Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional service to existing accounts and identify and open new accounts while representing Twenty One Barrels in designated sales territory

  • Sell/deliver cider, wine and RTD cocktails in both draft and package format to bars, restaurants and retail beverage stores

  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage/track retail account details

  • Enter and communicate weekly orders to management and sales/distribution team.

  • Conduct product tastings with prospective and existing accounts

  • Communicate customer feedback with management and sales team

  • Execute strategy while providing input to improve overall performance of the business

  • Create, maintain and develop relationships with strategic accounts

  • Utilize Twenty One Barrels' delivery vans to retail accounts for deliveries

  • Deliver kegs (weighing up to 170lbs) and package products to retail accounts.

  • Follow and use GPS routing for efficient deliveries

  • Collect payments from accounts and return empty kegs to Twenty One Barrels

  • Check kegs in/out of inventory

  • Maintain detailed incident reports in case of accidents or damage to the van

  • Maintain clean and tidy vans for visual appearance.

  • Report any problems with the vans immediately​​

Experience/Skills/Working Conditions

  • Successful sales experience preferred

  • Food, Beverage, and Alcohol sales experience preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organization and ability to multi-task

  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications

  • Must be able to plan, organize and monitor work with minimal supervision with a high attention to detail

  • Ability to lift and stack kegs up to 170 lbs. in and out of delivery van and maneuver them up and down stairs with a two-wheel dolly at retail accounts

  • Register as an Ohio Alcohol Solicitor (paid by company)

  • Clean driving record (no accidents, speeding tickets, etc.)

  • Must pass background check and drug test

  • No CDL required

  • Must be 21 years or older due to handling Alcohol
