Twenty One Barrels regularly donates to various local 501(c)(3) non-profits and causes, but unfortunately we can not donate to all. Due to the large number of requests received, we have made the decision to place our local community first, and will prioritize request considerations for Bradford area non-profits. Non-profits located in Darke, Miami, Shelby, and Mercer counties requests will receive consideration after our local community requests have been fulfilled. Please note: We are not accepting any additional donation requests (monetary or raffle prizes) for 2023. If your non-profit would like consideration for 2024, please follow the instructions below, after December 31st,2023.

 

We ask that you submit your request in the following manner:

1. On the organization’s letterhead, please include a brief statement about the charity, indicating the purpose of the charity as well as who receives the money or gifts the charity raises.

2. Provide the following information on the letter

   1. Full legal name of organization​

   2. Declaration of organizations tax exempt status

   3. Organizations employer identification number

 

Please do not submit your request via phone, email, or social media. Only approved requests will receive a response via e-mail, so please include an email for contact and scheduling for donation receipt.
